Quantum breathwork is a powerful tool in removing energy blockages. This combination along with dance/movement, toning, affirmations, and reflective meditation promotes physical and mental tranformational healing.
Blockages can be caused by repressed emotions such as anger, fear or grief from our past. These emotions get stored in our bodies which can manifest in physical and/or mental pain. In ordr for the body to release them, physical techniques must be implemented.
